What is the return policy for items purchased from trèsBin?

We offer a 2 Day Purchase Protection Policy, allowing you to request a return within 48 hours of receiving your item. If you need to return an item after this period, please contact us, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

How long does shipping take for orders placed at trèsBin?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please allow additional time for transit, especially during peak seasons.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Currently, trèsBin does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Yes, it is very easy and free to sign up as a seller. Visit here to sign up and create a seller account. We request that items sold on trèsBin be considered vintage in nature.

Does trèsBin charge a Listing Fee?

No, there is no charge to list items and listings do not expire.

Does trèsBin charge a Commission on sales?

Yes, trèsBin charges 6% commission. The commission is deducted from the total sale amount which includes shipping and excludes any discounts.

Does trèsBin charge a Final Value Fee?

No, trèsBin does not charge a Final Value Fee.

Does trèsBin charge a Payment Processing Fee?

Yes, trèsBin charges 3% + $0.30 on the total sale amount which includes shipping and excludes any discounts.
